Ok well, her hair is extensions so be my guest and go get those lol.. but if you want to achieve the curl then.Conair has a set of hot rollers that I always use on my hair for big curls. I actually think they are called big curls, and they are all the same size... They are about $20 at Wal-Mart... I love them. Fast and easy!

for her make-up :well it's professionally done..

but her makeup is basically the same as what people usually put on.

get some foundation, some eyeliner, lipgloss, LOTS of mascara (her eyelashes might of been fake ones), and a shimmery bronze eyeshadow.

that's all i think she put on...but it's professional, so i don't know exactly how to apply everything.

Try using hot rollers on the ends, don't roll them all of the way to the scalp. Once cooled, run your fingers through the curls...voila.....

If you want to change something, I wouldn't change the color of your eyes, they're beautiful. Highlights in your hair wouldn't be bad but to lighten your whole head would look really fake. I suggest a new hairstyle, or even maybe a new cut, your long hair is pretty but think about something that flatters your features and kind of generally lifts your face.

You may not feel it but you are lovely just the way you are, don't mess with your natural look too much!

Leave out the contacts and enhance your own eyes by applying blue eyeliner and salmon pink shades of eyeshadow. These will bring out your features. As for your hair I suggest you curl some strandes randomly and wear it out.

Even with out a change I think you look very attractive. Yes if you would like a change as in a lighter brown and contacts why not, go ahead. The contact thing. Do you need them for vision or you wanted them just to change color? Wouldn't it be a hassle to have to put them and take them off everyday. That is if you don't need them to see.

i think you look really gorgeous the way you are. but if youre looking for a change maybe try a more layered shorter hairstyles, but i love your natural color, dont try to go blond or something crazy to change yourself. you might also try i little more eye makeup, some shimmering eyeshadow and lip gloss. as for green eyes, forget it yours are naturally pretty and they suit you really well.

i think you look pretty..but no harm in trying out coloured contacts.. grey will look cute.. and maybe you could have some side bangs and layers with a little brown highlights..but not too much though... you could try threading your eyebrows and upper lip as well... makeup could also be used to try out different looks.. have fun

i agree that the whole hair color needs to be left alone. and no colored contacts, either.

how about a hint of make up and a different hair cut? like to the top of the shoulders with lots of texturizing and layers to frame your face. you don't need hilites; your hair will appear hilited with the right cut and texturizing.

i want to do your brows. they are almost perfect. who ever has been doing them needs to STOP doing the tops of them. it makes you look more masculine.

You can try 5 things depending on your hair type and thickness:

1. Jumbo hair rollers.

2. a Wave iron (i.e. Bed Head)

3. a 2" curling iron

4. make waves with a hair straightener. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stEKgCm1D...

(You don't need to have a GHD...just a straightener.)

5. Like someone else said...get some wavy hair extensions.

P.S. PLEASE do your hair a favor and use a thermal protection spray before using heat on your hair. Also once you do acheive these waves, get a wave holding spray. I think Aussie has one that should work.

It doesn't look like a perm to me. Just use large rollers and let hair dry naturally. May want to put something like dippety doo on top of the hair after rolling to hold the curl.

That said, two tone hair colors are pretty popular with trendy looks. If you're wearing a lot of costume-esque clothes (goth, emo, punk...) it should be great. If you where a lot of casual outfits, I think it would look out of place.

The color in her hair is layered. On top it is a medium brown. Underneath, it goes from medium brown with highlights, the next layer has even more highlights and finally at the bottom it is all light golden brown. Very pretty, but definitely high maintenance.

For the makeup, put on foundation and powder, a lot of black eyeliner, some mascara, a bit of pink blush and clear lipgloss.

This could be a simple case of buying a large roller ( a few) that you would put into your damp hair with some mousse. After it dries you run a brush through it ONCE and your hair should fall the same way. Be careful not to use too much product, just enough to support the curl, and don't roll it too tight. Good luck

If you hair is very straight you will need a body wave to get this look. Try big rollers and lots of hair spray. Shake your hair by running your fingers through it when you are done.

they have professionals helping or more like doing it for them... straighten your hair then use a large barrel curling iron and curl 2-3 inch separate parts... wait a Minuit and then comb your hair using you're fingers.. spray it with hairspray and voila you're done!

if i were you, i would highlight my hair with two different colors:

1. Blonde

2. Caramel (almost the color of a penny)

Just foil those two colors in together and you're highlights will look great. I know because thats how i usually have my darker brown hair highlighted and i get TONS of compliments on it! good luck!!

Well, you could add lighter highlights, I guess. That's the best options for people in your age. If you were my age (teenager), then I'd suggest a bold colour for highlights, like purple, or red, or whatever.

Wow! Great dress. Very classy.

If you really want a flower, I'd consider something flat (like a tropical or daisy-style-not an actual daisy) in the back. You didn't say the length of your hair, but if long enough to do a behind the head do, that would be classy.

To be honest, trying to picture any flower with it, I can't. It is so elegant that it seems adding anything would detract from that. I think some equally classy jewelry (nothing to ostentatious or bulky) and you would be good to go.

I dont think a flower goes with that dress the dress is beautiful and has alot of details I think a flower would take away why dont you opt for a nice barrett with little crystals or something.

Honestly. I think that dress is much too modern for flowers. Flowers are more for a flowing or classic dress. I think it will look odd. Some kind of barrette or hair clip would be much more elegant.

Yes---You can!!

Understand from your pics- you want the spikey look.

1. wash your hair

2. blow dry with a brush the top part of your hair upward.

3. use a hard gel for styling (or very strong hold)

You can do no. three with hair spray of same quality. Same effect but no wet look.

for the highlights take the pic and go to the salon or get yourself the do- it- yourself kit.

Gel or pomade. Take the front center portion of your hair and push forward and up (while applying the gel or pomade of course and kinda of pull out on the sides. There's no real magic to get it exact...it really involves a lot of playing with your hair. Thankfully, it doesn't have to be exactly set to be the same every day to achieve the style.

Put wax in it and tease it up. Sugar water also works very well. So does soap. With soap wet the soap and literally mess with it in your hair.

To curl your hair to look like Vanessa Hudgens, you'll need 1 1/2 inch curlers. Your hair should be long and layered and it should be thick and full of volume to see the best effects.

Shampoo and condition your hair. Use a lightweight conditioner that won't weigh it down; try a volumizing formula.

Step Two

Blow dry the roots of your hair with your head upside down, using the cool-shot button every few minutes to lock in some volume. Stop when your hair is damp, but not yet fully dry.

Step Three

Spray some salt spray (also called sea spray, surf spray or beach spray) into your palms.

Step Four

Run your palms over your hair, starting at the ends. Try not to get any directly on your roots.

Step Five

Divide your hair into 7 to 8 sections (more if your hair is very thick).

Starting at the top of your head, twist each section into a loose bun and secure the ends with a bobby pin.

If your hair is shoulder length or longer you can use 1in -2 in rollers. Hot rollers or velcro rollers

1. Part your hair the way you want to wear it.

2. Start from front forehead and hair should be 1/2 in less in width the the roller. Spray the section with spritz.

3. Start from bottom and roll up. Secure. Continue to do this all around the head. to the other side.

Allow to air dry for 30 mins. If you have a hooded hair dryer sit under the hair dryer for 15 min. and let cool for another 15 mins. Hair should be cool to touch. It is very important that the hair cool down to keep the curl.

After the hair is cool. Gently take curlers out. DO NOT BRUSH!!!!!!!

Flip head over use fingers and very lightly pull fingers through hair. and spray spritz. Flip head back . Hair will be big but will clam down with a lil time. Finger in place, but DO NOT USE A BRUSH! It will pull out the curl. If you have lil fly aways you can use hair wax or straightening gloss and lightly touch up fly aways. Please send dme a pic. Would love to see how it came out.

Yeah, I'm male and I want to get my hair thinned a little bit. I'm going to my hairdresser this week and she's going to thin my hair w\ thining scissors I'm guessing (my hair is coarse, bushy, REALLY THICK, etc).

From the picture I would say your face shape is more heart shaped than anything else. People with your face shape usually look good with short hair cuts because it frames the face well. BUT if you aren't into cutting your hair which you may not be, a nice layered hair style done by a stylist will look good because it evens out the face and forehead and fits a heart shaped face well.

Okay--blow dry your hair until it's 80% dry (it looks dry but feels damp). Then apply some styling agent like Biolage mousse. You can either scrunch your hair with your fingertips or finish blow drying it straight. If you blow dry it straight use a curling iron to create elegant curls--either leave them as curled or break the curls up into softer, fluffy curls. I'd leave the bangs straight for a breakup in the texture. Regardless of what you do, finish it off with some Redken Glass for shine and Biolage hair spray for holding power. Best wishes!

It seems like an easy style. You can't see the back, but I assume she has a side ponytail. And she has bangs that are styled as well.

First take a comb and part you hair to the side.

Then take a hair tie and tie your hair as a side ponytail low to the side.

Finally take a curling iron and curl/flip your pony tail ends.

If you have bangs like vanessa flip those slightly up as well.

You need some sort of hot tool for the flip.

Dry your barnett like normal but so its slightly damp. Then get some hair clips. Divide your hair into about 6 or 7 sections and twist the hair up to your scalp and secure with clip. Do this all over so you have about 6 mini buns. Spray with special curl hairspray, blast with the cool setting on your dryer, leave for 10 min, undo it all and loosen curls with fingers then spray again. Make sure its a decent hair spray otherwise you'll end up looking like Bazil brush. I recommend Nicky Clarke curl definition spray.

I think everybody always wants to try something new, but sometimes it's best the way it is. In your case I think your hair looks great on you..if you want to spice it up i'd try doing some curls or something occasionally. But it really looks great how it is.

It all depends on the texture, density and wave patten of your hair.

It may require a large amount of cutting- and i say this because your avatar has long hair, so i assume you do also.

As for the curls, a perm might be neccesary, depending on your natural wave pattern in your hair. A lot of the time, if you have wavy/curly hair, its even more intensified with a shorter haircut because these is less weight.

very easy maybe it will take u 10 to 15 minutes first make sure u have the layers in ur hair, then spray ur hair with a spray gel and brush it out then take medium sized hot rollers and leave them in ur hair for ten minutes then let them out and lightly lossen some curls not all to make it full and spray hair spray and there you go.

You can use a big barrel curling iron or big purple magnetic rollers (to do a roller set). Leave the front part of your hair out and roll the from the crown to the nape (from the top of your head to the back). When the curls dry, remove the roller and run your fingers through your hair to loosen the curls. Use setting lotion to lock the curls, it gives them more body. You can get these items from any hair store or Sally Beauty Supply. With the big barrel curling iron, do the same thing with the front of your hair, but when you get to the crown, start curling with the curling iron. Once you have the curl, use a hair clip to pin each curl. When finish, remove the pins and run your fingers through your hair. Hope this helps!!

I have an oval/round face too. I'd say go with long side bangs (they're called a-symmetrical bangs). And, have the hair dresser texture the ends of your hair with some chunky layers. This will totally lighten up your hair, give it alittle more volume... and that "ooo pretty" feeling. lol.

This way, you can straighten it if you have the time, and it'll look cute! Or, like I do when I'm running short on time, blow dry the bangs quick, so they are to the side, and nice... then just leave the rest to air dry. It's simple.

It's really hard to suggest a emo hairstyle that isn't above the shoulders...

As far as rock goes that's alot easier with longer hair... Get a really choppy, razor look. I've done that w/ my hair a bunch of different ways and times, and loved it! Just tell ur hair styler u want something edgy, %26amp; choppy. Use a straighten on your hair and some products in the morning and ur good to go!

first get out of the show and comb or brush your hair make sure there are no knots then wait till your hair is dry then turn a curlin iron on the seperate your hair in to different section then leave one section down and pin up the rest continue to do this until whole head is done when finished apply a light or medium hair spray to keep it stable and to fluff it up =]

One problem that you could have with cutting your bangs the same length as your eyebrows is it becomes hard to destiguish (sorry about spelling) eyebrows from bangs. But thats only if they are slightly above the brow. You can never go wrong with a messy sort of fringe (as you called "zig zag"). But doesnt everyone have that?? A blunt cut bang I think will look very cute, just make sure to tell the person who does your hair the exact length you want!! Good luck

If you look anything like your avatar that would be a beautiful style on you. I love the layers especially. Im a big fan myself of side bangs but i just might have to try this style myself. If the dye is specifically made for dogs then no it probably wouldn't hurt them. However that is WRONG. Here I was thinking that people were semi-intelligent and then you find those pictures. Blegh. Dying a dog "pretty" colors can cause their fur to stain, dry their skin, damage their eyes and I'm sure chemical burns aren't unheard of. Next time you are in a store read the warnings on human hair dye. Those poor dogs.

If it's done with safe dye, like food coloring or something like that, what does it hurt? The dog doesn't care that it's green, or pink, or purple, so long as it's beloved master is paying attention to it, seeing to it's needs, and giving it attention. I knew a kid when I was in 4-H that dyed her horse blue for a costume class....she was Paul Bunyan, and her horse was Babe the blue ox. Took him in, showed him, took him out and washed that blue right out of his hair. Didn't hurt him a bit, and he didn't seem the least bit concerned that he looked a little "blue". Personally, I think it's silly, and a waste of $$$, but as far as being harmful.....I really don't think so.

Well, it looks pretty silly, but we don't know what they are doing it for or how they are doing it...so I don't think it's right to judge. They could be doing it for a charitable or fun event. It's certainly better than dressing a dog up where the clothing can be restricting. The dogs have no idea they are a different color and they are at least spending time with the owners they love. I personally wouldn't do it, but I don't see what the big deal is.

Yeah, it really depends on the shape of your face, it you have a sharp chin like the guy in the picture, then yes... Go for it... It's very very cute and stylish...

But, if you have a chubbier face or if you have oily skin, I'll say No-No... Cause it's going to either make you look fatter or dirty/messy...!

Well, seriously, the easiest thing would be to hop on the metro north and get in done in harlem. i swear there are tons of african hair braiding places on 125th street. actually, there is one not even a block away from the station. it may be a pain for you living in new haven and all, but its a sure thing. go with someone. and make a day out of it. take a trip to the city one weekend and walk down the avenues. Smaller rods give a tighter curl, larger rods give a bigger curl. Take the picture with you to your hairdresser - it's their job to know exactly what size rods to use to give you the look you want. You don't have to have very long hair for a perm, but you do need enough length to be able to put the rods in.

I would suggest about four inches of hair growth (allows for better rolling and helps prevent frizziness), and if the stylist is a professional, then he/she would choose the correct rod sizes to use once you show him/her the picture. Most professional stylists can recreate a look just by seeing a picture. If you still want to suggest a particular size, I suggest the peach perm rods, which is about an inch or inch and a half wide. Also, deep conditioning really well along with using an anti-frizz serum will also help prevent that frizzy look that comes with tight curls. Good luck!

As far as I can tell, his hair is black. It's just that his hair is dark blue when light reflects off of it--just like with real hair. For example, I have very dark brown hair, but when in light, light brown and a bit of red can be seen. People's hair normally reflects as either a warm color, such as red, or a very cold color, such as purple/violet. =] I hope that helps!

I think you'd look fine with that.

The only down side to it, is that (from what I can tell from your pics), you'd have to straighten it daily to keep it looking like the picture, and it also might be a pain to keep the colors looking nice , if you decide to go the colors route.

Love the cuts!! I do have to agree with the other stylist...I think your hair is too thick and it looks to have curl to it.That would be a problem when it comes to styling.You would have to get it straightened or use a flat iron.You could try a longer version of the shag cut.

There is no ONE tutorial for what you want to do. If it were easy than there wouldn't be a need for professional studio photographers. I'd suggest learning about lighting and playing with the clone-stamp tool in photoshop. There are some basic tutorials on lighting for photography all over the internet. The clone stamping trick is really all about practicing. Sample an area of skin that matches the tonal range you are looking for (brush opacity around 23%), and hit the spot you want to smooth out. Resample from another spot of similar tonal value and hit the target spot again... then repeat, repeat, repeat until pores disappear and the skin begins to look like plastic.

I think you should go with long straight hair but make sure you have a lot of volume at the roots. A makeup artist told me that if your makeup is dramatic,your hair should not be flat or it will look like you did your makeup but not your hair. I like the pose but just make sure your face is relaxed otherwise it shows in the picture. On my first shoot I was nervous and the guy kept telling me to relax my jaw. Love the makeup though..wear false eyelashes!! It makes a big difference.

This is a tough question to answer. The reason is I do not know what the color of your hair is . Jamie looks like she has at least a bi-foil with deeper color underneath. I would advise a consultation with your stylist. This person could give you advise and also give you a price range so that you know if this is good for you. Sorry that I couldn't give you more.

I have a a high forheard which wouldn't be so bad, but it goes straight across, and i get like corners of where my hairstarts. I HATE IT. I wouldn't mind a big forhead like this http://www.imdb.com/gallery/granitz/3688... if the corners weren't so big. Is there anyway to simulate hairgrowth in the corners to give it a rounder look?

Maybe you think too much. I think that is cute. Don't worry about it. If you worry too much about appearance, your demeanor will change. People find that more unattractive than anything else. I suppose comb down or something if you like. But seriously, don't worry. I have an ugly scar on the back of the dome. When my hair is short, it is very visable. But I still get short hair cuts. Who cares? Would you like me less if I had that scar? Dad has one too, he keeps his hair fairly long because of it which is fine. But again, so what? Just relax and be fine with yourself OK hon'?

There isn't much you can do to make it look like you have more hair than you do, without getting implants or a wig. Your best bet would be to go to a hairstylist who specializes in the younger crowd, explain your concern, and work together to find a hair cut that suits you!

hmm im no expert lol but you could get side bangs [the side SWEPT ones] they will cover up your forehead. but if you are too afraid to do that or dont want it unfortuantly i dont think you can stimulate hair growth on the corners but you can definatley not pull your hair back. when you want to put your hair up do it to the side; not all pulled bac. and if its not already maybe it would be good if u parted ur hair to the side instead of the middle. it will make ur forehead look smaller:D

You can have hair Lazar removed or waxed in the center front, but that would make your hairline higher. there is nothing you can do to grow hair where there is no follicle.
