well if u have curly hair just put moose or gel or something in it if u have straight hair then just curl it out a headband on it

im a huge miley and hannah montana fan...so use hot rollers or conair curler, its $30. i know how she does it and there is this site that tells me how to do it, but i forgot where it is.
