I can get my hair to do this when I part it on the opposite side of the natural part in my hair. If you have a natural part, try parting it on the other side....

Another good way is to dry it one way and then part it on the opposite side in which it dried (just a trick to use if you don't have a natural part)

thats like what my hair is like. i'd just bring the pic to your hair stylest. i wouldn't try cutting it yourself

it's just a long side swept bang... go to a salon and ge it done. it'll cost you about 10 bucks.

basically u just need to cover up one of ur eye with your hair. i don't think it will work with curley hair tho. i think u must have straight hair and parted on one side. ur hair also has to be DARK color. i have seen dark blue that looks really cool
