Please tell me if u know any good salons in bay area dublin san ramon livermore region (CA) than could do this for me but are cheap (about 50 bucks at most)

well do you want the cut or the do? if you want the do just buy a small ringlet curler and wrap strips of hair around it...its easy i do it all the time!
