don't know why you'd want your hair to look like that, its really frizzy. but okay what you do is get some gel or curling gel stuff and scrunch your hair while its wet and hold a bunch of scrunced hair by your hair and blowdry that section. it worked for me... i'm not sure how well i explained that, though.

no offense to the girl above me but braiding your hair while its wet will only make it crimped and thats not what you are going for.

braid your hair while it is damp and sleep on it. when you wake up take it out and it'll look like that.

You can use a salt water mixture for the hair and it'll make the hair very wavy.

Okay you need to get a Spray Bottle and fill it up half way with water and add about 10 teaspoons of Sea Salt, and a little bit of conditioner to protect the hair. Spray this in your hair and scrunch it. Let it Air Dry. DO NOT BLOW DRY

and your hair will come out with nice loose waves. This is what it looked like when I did it, but keep in mind i have shorter hair because I'm a guy = )

Take 2 medium pieces of hair then braid them together. After that twist the hair up into a tight knot on your head(Like the ones in the link below). After it dries carefully take them down and gently shake your head. TaDA!!
