How can I get my hair to stay like this?

Heres a pic of My hair when its wet.

But when it dries it rises and gets EVERYWHERE!!.

and ends up looking something like this.

How can I make it stay down like it is when its wet?

Should I use Mousse or something?

idk gel it down with some good herbal essence products they make your hair smell gooood

i think mousse may fluff it up more

LOL ok well try hair gel. and just put in all in your hair to keep it down or .. try hair spary for non frizz spray.. u can ever try BEDHEAD products dound in a salon hope this helps :)

you can use alot of hair spray but then use a conditioner when your done so it wont have that weird feeling that hair spray leaves,my hair gets like that sometimes to and thats usually what I do
