Do you have a natural wave in your hair? If you do, wash your hair before you go to bed. Towel dry your hair and scrunch either mousse or hair gel into your hair. Twist large sections of your damp hair and roll into a big clip. Let dry overnight. Curls will be soft and bouncy in the morn!

For one thing her hair is already like that. But you can take hot curelers and put it inyour hair and you can curl it with a curlin iron.

well her hair is kinda frizzy,i cant do anything about that..but wht you can do is braid you hair in pigtails put water on them sleep with them on ..then you take them out the next morning and you have wavy hair!

so go to a person who cuts hair and ask for that cut? you need to be talking to them not us??
