Okay so i have really plain hair, and i wanna change it up a bit.... I want the feathered look like she has, if you could tell how to do this and if you know a certain tool i could use....

you kinda need thin hair for this, and you separate it into alot of little strands (or as wide you want the feathered look to be) and then if you are doing this by yourself at home which i think you are, then get a strange color hair dye from the store and highlight your hair horizontilly on the little strands instead of the usuall vertical. this will make it look like the feathers!! good luck, and why do you want your head to look like a birds body?? hmmm...whatever, have fun though!!
