The two outfits are very similiar!

The second one is the same except there is black tank and a printed tank, both of which you can find at the B.P. department of Nordstrom.

As for the makeup, just light pink lipgloss, mascara, eyeliner, medium brown eyeshadow and a bit of blush.

For the hair, lean over and blow dry it to give volume, then straighten it, use hairspray and slightly tease the very top for a bit of volume. If you want that cut just bring the picture to your stylist. S/he can also teach you how to style it.
