Trouble deciding what haircut to get..?

I have a hair app. scheduled for tomorrow, but haven't really decided what cut I'm going to get; I'm leaning towards something like this:

But don't know if I should go for something longer. My hair is 3inches past my shoulder and just looks to dead and limpy D:

If you have similar face shape as that of Denise's, then the haircut that you want is just right. Wispy, layered cut can soften squarish jawline and can make you look so feminine and fabulous.
