Im thinking about having my hair coloured like the pic below, but can anyone tell me the colour method? cause I thought it was highlights, but on the I saw a different picture (same girl, same hair) with the top layer clipped back and there is a whole layer of blonde, not highlights...so is it just a layer of blonde, between two layers of brown? sorry if this doesn't make sense, can anyone help?! thanks.

also, what kind of blonde is this (like shade name)? cause it looks really healthy and shiny and not too bleachy lol.

Looks like highlights in a honey blonde (medium golden blonde).
