I think you should do it. My hair is as dark as Lindsay's in that photo, and probably the same length. I like the cut with the color but I think you should dye it first and keep your hair long. You might like it more, and if not, then ask your mom if you can cut it like that. that way it seems you arent trying to ask for too much all at once, lol.

2) it depends how old you are. If you're in high school, she probably would but if you're not in high school yet, I don't think so.

I think the color would look good, but I'm not sure about the cut. Hayley Williams haircut suits her hair well, but your hair is thick and curly, and hers looks to be thin and straight. I think you should go with the color but reconsider the cut. Short hair on us girls with thick and curly hair just makes it much poofier and sometimes frizzy.

I thik that would be really cute. Just ask your mom and if she is resistant. Be like i can do more around the house to earn it.

When you cut just make sure you ask to cut some of the volume off. I do that every time i get my hair cut. Because i have really thick hair. And it makes styling my hair easier.
