I've got a round face and I could do with some suggestions on this hairstyle for me (pic below)

Well, my hair's longer than Reese's in that but, well, you get the picture. This wasn't an inspiration or anything, just googled for a similar pic and found this one. If you don't think it'd look good, what do you think I should do? I'm really bored of leaving my hair open and tying it all up makes my face look horrendous.

(PS: it's layered till below my shoulders)
