bloth fry ya hair up side down. so sling ya head forward and blow dry from underneath. and then just plump it up at the roots.

Well first of all you have to get the same hair cut! which looks to me like long layers or just get your bangs cut first, then you have to dye it the same color which if your hair is dark you'd have to bleach it,then you dry it and put big fat hot rollers in it!
