Please help with these hairstyles?

Okay I am TOTALLY bored with my same old same old boring hair. It goes just past my shoulders, naturally stright and it is chocolate brown. I always straighten it and leave it down. I like this style but that is not all that I want it to be like. I want to look pretty with updos and new hairstyles. I realized that I really could pull off different hairstyles when i was at cheerleading today at lunch and my coach ( a university student) came in, she allllways looks asome, her hair was gorgeous yet casual, a messy bun with a small headband securing it, sooo koool. But i know that I could do that and i really need how to's on ASOME HAIR STYLES like these:
